Our client, a well-established and highly regarded healthcare provider based in Central London, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their professional and welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a vital role in delivering outstanding front-of-house service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday on either of the following shift patterns:

  • Shift 1: 10:00 - 15:00
  • Shift 2: 14:45 - 20:15

The Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional service while managing key administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression, and notifying clinicians of their arrival.
  • Managing appointment bookings, patient check-ins, and payments.
  • Accurately recording and updating patient registration details in clinic systems.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with prescription requests and liaising with clinicians as required.
  • Ensuring patient facilities are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Updating scheduling systems and preparing handover reports at the end of each shift.
  • Attending team meetings to support smooth clinic operations.
  • Handling postal correspondence, including prescriptions and important documents.
