The Role: As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning across various year groups in the absence of the class teacher. You will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior, and ensure that students are engaged and motivated throughout the day. You will be working with a supportive and friendly team, ensuring a consistent learning experience for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Cover PPA time for class teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Deliver engaging and effective lessons using provided planning.

Ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to learning and positive behavior.

Support students with additional learning needs and promote inclusive education.

Provide feedback on student progress and behavior to the relevant class teacher.

Work closely with the leadership team and other teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
