My client is a highly reputable company in the West End, looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support their high volume of recruitment and growth. This role will be on a full-time basis, on a hybrid structure of 3 days in the office 2 days from home. This role is on a one-month temporary basis.The key role responsibilities include:
  • Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective
  • Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
  • Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder journey
  • Strong admin and software skills
  • Able to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum 1+ year working within a recruitment or admin position
  • Extremely strong Admin and Organisational skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Experience working within a busy and fast-growing environment  
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Right to work in UK – essential
