ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Prospero Teaching is looking for a ASD SEND Teacher to work in a SEND school in East London

Th school is based in Barking and has state of the art facilities, including a swimming pool, sensory room, breakout areas, 2 large playgrounds, school field, music and ICT room.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location - Barking
Position - SEND Teacher
Type of work - long term cover and the opportunity to go perm
Start date - ASAP
Duration- until the end of the academic year
Contract type - Temporary to perm option
Full time
Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
Previous experience working in a SEND UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
