A national health, fitness, and recreation charity has recently launched its brand-new multi-year strategy, and they couldn’t be more excited.

This is a fully remote to begin immediately, and can be fulfilled on either a freelance contract or as an agency 'temp’.

Duties will broadly include:

  • Coordinating and writing content for the charity’s member magazine, weekly emails and monthly newsletters.
  • Improving member retention by managing the effective delivery of high-quality communications to members in line with their interests.
  • Ensuring all mass emails to members and supporters are of a high quality and in line with the content strategy, maximising engagement.
  • Liaising with fundraising, partnership and membership teams to create a calendar of marketing activity, to help prioritise work and manage resources
  • Developing, shaping and managing digital marketing campaigns, effectively managing any digital marketing agencies and ensuring best value and maximum results for the charity.
  • Supporting on paid social media activity.
  • Working with the commercial team to deepen member engagement with various member products.
