Our client, a leading organisation in the beauty industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Product Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty and has a strong background in product management. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager in implementing the brand's marketing strategy, driving awareness, and creating customer loyalty.

Pay rate: 24.72 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Gather data and conduct market analysis to enhance consumer knowledge
- Assist in forecasting new launches based on competitor benchmarking
- Be the champion of your assigned brand portfolio, managing catalogue and distribution
- Drive engagement of brand campaigns through paid media channels
- Work closely with the Activation team to ensure successful execution of launches
- Coordinate the approval and delivery of product artworks and brand campaigns
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist the Product Manager in budget management for your brand
Required Experience:
- Previous experience working on a fast-growing brand, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
