We are seeking a Supporter Care Coordinator used to handling a busy workload and who enjoys providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

As a Supporter Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for supporters and provide exceptional customer service across multiple charity brands. You'll handle enquiries, process donations, update supporter information, and ensure that every interaction is handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for supporters via email, phone, and post, offering excellent customer service.
  • Manage a variety of supporter enquiries, ensuring all are addressed within a 48-hour timeframe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the supporter experience, sharing insights and ideas.
  • Process donations, set up direct debits, and ensure timely acknowledgement of donations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring high standards of supporter care.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in using databases to manage customer relationships and record information.
  • Knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar.
  • A motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player ready to take on new challenges.
