Are you a highly skilled administrator with good organisation and time management skills? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication? If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Team Administrator to join a prominent London University. This is a full-time role for a six-month fixed term contract. It is offered on a hybrid working arrangement, with three days - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - in the office and the balance from home.

As a Team Administrator you will be working as part of a small yet busy team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Partnerships you will possess excellent operational administrative skills. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and will manage a variety of tasks related to partnership development, event coordination, meetings, office management and financial administration.

Team Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact liaising between international stakeholders, academic colleagues, partner universities, and government officials with excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the administration and development of existing and new global partnerships managing the inbox, answering or signposting queries as required
  • Organising meetings and delegation visits and associated logistics including travel arrangements, booking rooms, arranging refreshments, preparing agendas, meeting papers, and minute-taking as required
  • Assisting with planning and organising events
  • Supporting financial administration, to include processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Undertaking other administrative duties to support the team such as managing office supplies

Team Administrator Key Skills:

  • Experience in administration in a Higher Education setting with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management with meticulous attention to detail
  • A personable and professional team player with good interpersonal skills, able to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and confident using university systems
