My client, a highly regarded, global financial services firm in the West End, is looking for a bright and motivated Research Coordinator/Team PA to join their wonderful and welcoming team! This is an excellent opportunity to grow and evolve within the role and firm as there is great potential for substantial progression.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a brilliant and passionate group of industry professionals, while making the role their own!Who you are:
  • Possesses 2 + years of experience working in a similar position handling multiple diaries and large expenses
  • Has the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment/workload while remaining calm and collected
  • You will be highly organised and an exceptional multitasker
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ideally has experience working in a financial services firm
What you will do:
  • Diligent diary management
  • Handling large expenses
  • Booking extensive global travel inclusive of flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation
  • Assist with ad hoc and documentation
  • General administrative support for wider team across Europe
