Job Title: Telecare Officer - Nights
Rate: £18.33-£22.00
Location: Stratford
Hours: Nights 9pm - 7am (rota over 7 days) 4-day week (fully on-site)

Working Pattern: Night Shift, including weekends and public holidays.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a high-quality 24/7 alarm monitoring and response service in Newham and surrounding boroughs.
- Handle calls promptly, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in emergencies.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, offering reassurance and checking on equipment functionality.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to support client needs.
- Document call details meticulously, ensuring adherence to council data policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess situations and initiate appropriate emergency procedures.
- Proactively test equipment and assist with programming and installations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and lifestyle monitoring alerts.
- Ensure efficient management of telecare equipment and stock.
