We are seeking a temporary Executive Assistant (EA) for a 3-month position to support the COO.
The role involves board and committee administration, agenda planning, and timely minute-taking.

The hourly pay ranges from £19 to £22, depending on experience, and the role is expected to start as soon as possible.

We are currently looking for a 3 month temp EA to support the COO with her workload. This will be starting asap and is working 9-6 for a Charity in the West End. The hourly rate is between £19 - £22 depending on experience.

- Able to stay close to what's happening and plan agendas and commission papers well ahead of time

- Great at taking minutes and turning them round quickly

- Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
