Our client, a respected private English Education company, is seeking a proactive Temporary HR Administrator to support their team through key transition phases. If you have a knack for managing systems and enjoy engaging with diverse individuals, this could be the role for you!

Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator

Start Date: Monday 3rd March

End date: 1 month +

Location: West End

Hours: 09.00 - 17.00

Pay: £15.00 per hour

5 days a week fully office based in Mayfair with the chance to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office once fully trained and up to speed

Role:

  • Facilitate the process of system changes, specifically focusing on the School Central Record (SCR) management.
  • Upload and digitise paper files into the centralised system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Visit various schools to gather necessary documentation and support the implementation of the new systems.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects, collaborating with team members to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
