We are recruiting for a temporary payments & expenses officer for a social welfare charity. You will need payments & expenses experience working in a similar Finance role in a large organisations.Hybrid working 2 days in the London Office The RoleResponsible for the accurate processing and reconciliation of circa 140 million of expenditure across three entities, ensuring that the company policies and procedures are adhered to.To liaise with suppliers and staff across the organisation to ensure that Legion policies and processes are well understood and payments are made on a timely basis.To ensure that all payment and expenses related balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a regular basis and discrepancies investigated and resolved.To deal with income queries on a timely basis, providing a good level of service to internal and external customers.The CandidatePayments and expense experienceWorked in a finance teamKnowledge of completing reconciliations using data from multiple databases Understanding of principles of double entry bookkeeping System experience including MS office .
