We are seeking an IT Deployment Specialist to join a professional services firm for a Windows 11 deployment project. This role involves rolling out approximately 850 laptops across multiple sites in the UK. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under strict deadlines.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Building and repurposing replacement laptops.
- Organising the swap outs and return of old laptops.
- Tracking progress and feeding information into the project team.
- Managing stock control and asset management.
- Liaising with other teams for shipping and returns.
- Troubleshooting build issues during the deployment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows 11 MDT builds.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Willingness to travel to other sites as required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
