A well-regarded charity in London is looking for an Interim Year-End Accountant to provide short-term support through their year-end process. Partnering closely with the Finance Director, you will help finalise the statutory accounts and ensure a smooth audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and refine financial schedules prepared by the finance team
- Support the statutory accounting process and year-end audit preparations
- Identify areas to enhance financial controls and processes
- Provide technical guidance to finance staff where needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial reporting and audit
- Familiar with Agresso / Unit 4
- Detail-focused, proactive, and confident in problem-solving
- Available to start ASAP
