Senior German Payroll Specialist Contract (rolling 3m +)Day Rate: £465 per day (€550 Euros)Remote working. JGA are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join an international payroll team, focusing on the DACH region.This is a day rate contract, working remotely from the UK, for their German Payroll function. In this role, you’ll manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle payroll calculations, reconciliations, and compliance
  • Liaise with payroll providers, finance teams, and tax authorities
  • Identify and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Support payroll implementation and improvements across EMEA
Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of German payroll or DACH payroll experience, including German tax & labor law
  • Fluent in English & German language. 
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Workday, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
