Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance and Payroll Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in southwest London, asking for the successful candidate to come into office five days per week. Â
The Interim Finance and Payroll Officer’s key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and posting payroll journals to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Handling pension reconciliations and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
The Interim Finance and Payroll Officer will have:
- Payroll experience or with proven ability to confidently handle the responsibilities above.
- Finance experience – example, double entry.
- Immediate or short-notice availability to hit the ground running.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
