Robertson Bell are supporting our client to recruit an Interim Finance and Payroll Officer on an initial three-month contract, with a likelihood of extension and even permanent employment. The head office is based in southwest London, asking for the successful candidate to come into office five days per week.  

The Interim Finance and Payroll Officer’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing and posting payroll journals to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Handling pension reconciliations and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Interim Finance and Payroll Officer will have:

  • Payroll experience or with proven ability to confidently handle the responsibilities above.
  • Finance experience – example, double entry.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
