Sonic Summary

Portfolio Payroll is seeking an experienced International Payroll Consultant for a global financial services organization, reporting to the Payroll Manager.
The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and other international regions, month and year-end reporting, payroll reconciliations, and leading payroll projects.
Candidates should have extensive UK and French payroll processing experience, knowledge of legislative requirements, and experience in the financial or professional services sector.
Experience with ADP iHCM, Workday, and manual calculations is desirable, along with familiarity with shadow payrolls.

Portfolio Payroll are partnered with a global financial services organisation who are seeking a hands on and experienced International Payroll Consultant to join their small & supportive payroll team, reporting into the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing the end to end payroll processing for the UK & other international regions
Month and year end reporting obligations
Payroll reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of all payroll changes
Lead payroll projects as required
Point of contact for international payroll-related queries

Experience Required:

Extensive UK & French payroll processing experience and knowledge of related legislative requirements
Experience of working within the financial services or professional services sector
Manual calculations
Experience of ADP iHCM and Workday is desirable, along with experience of shadow payrolls
