Your new companyA leading company in the yachting industry, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and crew. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our Crew Management Team. Your new role

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for crew on managed yachts.
  • Act as the main contact for payroll enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Circulate payroll deadlines and manage payroll processes.
  • Verify invoices and assist with adjustments.
  • Develop and implement payroll software solutions.
  • Provide training on payroll systems.
  • Address gratuity-related questions and maintain a log of payroll issues.
  • Produce regular payroll reports.
  • Assist with social security management for French, Maltese, and UK flagged yachts.
  • Provide holiday cover and support additional tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated interest in payroll and human resources.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and function effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong numeracy skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a conscientious approach to recording and managing information.
  • Adaptability in communication style to suit different audiences and topics, with a tactful and fair demeanour.
