Payroll & Benefits Analyst - £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus - Mayfair

Frazer Jones have been instructed by a leading financial services firm to recruit a Payroll & Benefits Analyst on a permanent basis.

This role is requiring 4 days per week in the office with 1 day working from home.

The Role:

 Manage payroll administration for London and Dublin, including reviewing payroll processes for Hong Kong, India, and China, and providing backup support for U.S. payrolls. Ensure all payroll activities meet deadlines and follow established procedures.

 Process payroll changes, verify payroll-related data for accuracy and consistency, and generate payroll reconciliations and reports.

 Maintain the integrity of HRIS and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 Administer benefits for London and Dublin, including processing joiners, leavers, and life event changes, reconciling remittances, and keeping the HRIS system up to date.

 Support the Global Lead in benefit plan design and renewal processes.

 Deliver high-quality customer service in interactions with Partners and employees, clearly communicating benefit plans, conducting onboarding and offboarding meetings, and serving as the primary contact for pay and benefit inquiries in London and Dublin.

 Act as the key liaison for third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.

 Stay informed on legislative changes affecting payroll and benefits, ensuring programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

 Oversee leave management, process claims with carriers, and maintain active disability files to ensure compliance with local regulations and firm policies.

 Assist with audits, including international payroll, U.S. payroll, U.S. 401(k) plan, and workers' compensation.

 Maintain and update intranet content to ensure all materials remain current and accurate.

Skills required:
