The role: Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll administration for UK, US, EMEA and APAC entities
  • Processing payroll changes, reconciliation and reporting
  • Verifying payroll-related data for complete accuracy and consistency
  • Supporting with international payroll
  • Managing the integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
  • Benefit plan design and renewals
  • Ensuring all benefit programs are compliant
  • Liaising with benefit brokers, benefit administrators and third party vendors

Skills and experience:You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Strong experience with UK and international payroll administration
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Good teamwork and vendor management
Responsibilities

Proven experience managing global payroll and benefits within financial services.

Desired Experience

Analytically driven with high attention to detail to leverage data to support decision-making; competency with ADP Workforce Now and Workday is advantageous.
