The role: Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payroll administration for UK, US, EMEA and APAC entities
- Processing payroll changes, reconciliation and reporting
- Verifying payroll-related data for complete accuracy and consistency
- Supporting with international payroll
- Managing the integrity of the HRIS and payroll data
- Benefit plan design and renewals
- Ensuring all benefit programs are compliant
- Liaising with benefit brokers, benefit administrators and third party vendors
Skills and experience:You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
- Strong experience with UK and international payroll administration
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal international laws and regulations involving payroll and benefits administration
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience communicating with senior stakeholders
- Good teamwork and vendor management
Proven experience managing global payroll and benefits within financial services.
Desired ExperienceAnalytically driven with high attention to detail to leverage data to support decision-making; competency with ADP Workforce Now and Workday is advantageous.
