  • Process payments and update records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Handle payroll queries and support staff.
  • Assist with audits and implement changes.
  • Provide information on pensions issues.
  • Maintain payroll and pensions records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a payroll department with 500+ employees.
  • Knowledge of SSP, SMP, Tax Credits, PAYE, and pensions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with computerised payroll systems.
