HR Payroll & Pensions Administrator - Central SW London - Start ASAP (3-month full-time temp booking) - £15 to £17ph

A large charitable organisation located in central SW London is looking for a temp Payroll & Pensions Administrator to work within their HR department. The person will be responsible for data input for pay and pensions so it is essential that you have excellent excel skills and attention to detail. Experience with pensions and NEST would be ideal.

SALARY ETC:

  • £15.00 to £17.00ph
  • Interviews: ASAP
  • Start: No later than 10th March, ideally earlier for a good handover
  • Duration: 3-months
  • Central SW London
  • Monday-Friday, full-time role, and based permanently in the office (they may consider someone on a 4-day week)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • To have full rights to work in the UK, available ASAP, can commit to a 3-month assignment.
  • The person will need exceptional excel skills and data entry, as well as accuracy.
  • Experience in pension administration and payroll administration would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • To be reliable and happy to work on-site in the office full-time for the duration of the assignment.
  • Able to communicate with people ranging from admin, volunteers, to Directors.
  • GDPR awareness and knowledge.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Pension provision- Responsible across the organisation for the three pension schemes (work based + Civil Service,).
  • Preparation, management and passing of accurate data to the schemes in accordance with GDPR legislation.
  • Monthly Pay variations- Responsible for monitoring and collating monthly changes in individual's circumstance that have an impact on pay.
  • To be sure individual variations are produced with appropriate supporting documentation and accurate information in line with the monthly timetable as produced by Finance.
  • Assist the HR Director with setting up a new pension provider.
