We are working with an organisation in the manufacturing sector based in West Drayton who are currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join them on a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the project to outsource the payroll and transition to a new payroll vendor
  • Support with the implementation of a new T&A system
  • BAU management of the UK payroll & a small EMEA payroll
  • Undertake year end procedures
  • Manage the pension & liaise with pension providers

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of leading on a payroll outsourcing project
  • Excellent UK payroll legislation knowledge
  • Experience of hourly payroll using a T&A system
  • Payroll systems experience - the use of integrated HR & Payroll systems
