We are looking for a Accounts Administrator - 3 days a week

be managing our xero accounting system, issuinginvoices and credit control, submitting planning and building regulations applications, assisting with the admin side of our party wall act work (making up letters and drafting paperwork for our par party wall surveyor), obtainingquotations from consultants for various aspects of our projects, managing our enquiries via Hubspot, using Asana to manage the admin side of our building projects (doesn't need technical knowledge, is just admin), fielding calls and emails.
