Payroll Administrator  About the Job  Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Oxford Street, LondonJob Type: FTC - 6-12 monthsRate: £30,000  JGA are partnered with a global retail company that are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team.This is a hybrid based role. You will be required to travel to the office based in Oxford Street 3 days per week, 2 days per week from home. Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing Head Office payroll  approx. 800 monthly enmployees.
  • Handling all aspects of new starter and leaver processes.
  • Calculating and recording statutory payments such as SAP, SSP, and SMP.
  • Processing HMRC forms, including P45s and P60s.
  • Staying current with payroll legislation and ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes.
  • Addressing client queries and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
Skills Required:
  • Experience using SAP Payroll is essential.
  • 2 years SAP payroll experience.
  • Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Available to start Early Jan.
