Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team on a temporary basis, ensuring that our payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processing and reporting, including P60s and P11Ds.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practises to ensure continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with UK tax regulations and payroll legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
