Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Payroll Administrator for a period of 3 - 6 months. This is a fully remote position.
Role: Payroll Administrator - Global
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: 3 months - 6 months
Start date: Flexible - w/c 31st March
Working pattern: Full time, fully remote
Responsibilities include:
- Collating payroll data from various systems
- Inputting information & data - leavers, bonus, salary increases etc
- Ensuring correct information is submitted - Making amendments
- Pension enrolment
- Liaising with 3rd party provider
- Uploading information to outsourced provider to process
Skills/Experience needed:
- Experience with UK payroll
- Payroll experience for Japan or Singapore - Desirable
- Willingness to learn
- Pro-active approach
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Great organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel: VLOOKUP & Pivot Table
