Payroll Advisor - £50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus - Central London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working (3 days per week required in)

The Role:

 Prepare monthly payroll submissions for the UK, Denmark, Poland, and UAE, with potential to expand to additional jurisdictions.

 Review payroll output data and collaborate with payroll partners to address and correct any discrepancies.

 Verify monthly and annual payroll reports to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., P60s, P45s, PSA, and STBV reports).

 Conduct regular data reconciliations to maintain accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.

 Stay informed about legislative changes affecting payroll and related processes.

 Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and effectively.

 Contribute to automation initiatives and payroll process improvement projects.

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable using VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP
  • 5 + years experience in the end-to-end processing of payrolls
  • Good knowledge of expatriate and cross border worker payroll and Workday is a plus
  • CIPP qualified preferred
