Job Title: Payroll Implementation ConsultantSalary: £55-60,000 + discretionary bonusLocation: Home – travel for team catch-ups once a month  Did you want to work as a Payroll Implementation Consultant for a leading software firm that offers you remote working, and great career progression opportunities for a competitive salary f £60,000?Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored consultancy services to a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships to meet their unique needs.
  • Achieve utilisation targets, ensuring a significant portion of your time is chargeable. Provide timely reports on utilisation metrics.
  • Lead software implementation projects, integrating new systems with existing ones. Conduct assessments, plan implementations, and offer post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with legacy providers and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions, facilitating communication among stakeholders.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, applying best practices in project management.
  Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a consultancy role, with a focus on payroll software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legacy systems and their integration challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting in a fast-paced environment.
