Payroll Specialist - £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus - City of London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.

Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office.

The Role:

 Administer monthly payroll processes for employees across multiple locations, including France, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards.

 Collaborate with global payroll providers and internal teams to consistently meet payroll deadlines.

 Assist with payroll reporting for internationally mobile employees.

 Contribute to the end-to-end processing of UK payrolls managed in-house using Workday.

 Support payroll-related reconciliations, including multiple equity plans and employee benefits.

 Assist with payroll recharges and accounting reporting tasks.

 Provide support during internal and external payroll audits.

 Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processes.

 Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of payroll procedures.

 Assist the Payroll Manager with key payroll-related projects, from initiation to completion.

 Provide support for annual regulatory reporting projects, including P11D(b), PSA, Appendix 8, GPG, and ERS.

Skills needed

-Exposure to international payroll.

-Strong excel skills
