- Oversee the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for around 80 employees.
- Perform weekly checks and prepare for the monthly payroll cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding starters, leavers, overtime, and other payroll-related matters.
- Generate and review weekly and monthly payroll reports using systems like Opsyte and XERO, ensuring timely payment setups.
- Manage sick leave, parental pay, and payslip processing.
- Handle overtime, Time Off in Lieu (TOIL), and bonuses.
- Investigate and resolve employee payroll queries efficiently.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding paperwork, ensuring that all employee records are accurately maintained.
- Keep payroll data updated in the HR system, including contracts, salary changes, and bonuses.
- Administer employee benefits and manage holiday requests and sick pay.
- Draft and manage employee communications, including pay rise notifications and other correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in payroll processing and HR administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll systems like Opsyte and XERO is advantageous.
