Payroll Supervisor (UK & Ireland)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for the UK & Ireland, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage high-volume payroll operations, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with UK & Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Support system improvements and process automation for payroll efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and external providers to maintain seamless payroll operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience managing UK & Ireland payroll, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Up-to-date with UK & Irish payroll legislation, taxes, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel for data analysis.
  • Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring a payroll team is a plus.
