To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -

be proficient on US payroll
ideally have worked with Workday in-house from start to finish
have exposure of tax reconciliations and equity processing (ideal not essential)
be able to hit the ground running
want to work in a team of 3 - one day per week from the office
