A leading private healthcare provider in Central London is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for their Oncology and Haematology services. This role offers an opportunity to lead a comprehensive pharmacy service at a renowned facility, specialising in complex and acute care.

As the Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you will oversee dispensary services, aseptic production, and inpatient/outpatient care for oncology, haematology, and surgical patients. Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, providing expert guidance on cancer treatments and governance surrounding the prescribing of SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team.
  • Deliver a high standard of patient-focused care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services on oncology and haematology wards, including reviewing transplant and complex haematology patients.

What Youll Bring:

  • GPhC registration.
  • Postgraduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Specialist knowledge in oncology, aseptic production, and haematology.
  • Hospital pharmacy experience and previous management experience.
