Job Description:

Trident are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our clientsteam at a prestigious private hospital in Kensington, London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional Outpatient Pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional Outpatient Pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and coordinate the front counter service, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate advice on over-the-counter medicines.
  • Ensure all customers are well received and responded to appropriately as a front-line member of the team.
  • Communicate and escalate issues to the team and the Responsible Pharmacist.
  • Maintain GPh.C standards.
  • Register patients and take payments in line with current policy and procedures.
  • Collect data for audit purposes and act as a service ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GPh.C standards and procedures.
