Accuracy and care are crucial to this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy, leading the day-to-day activities of the dispensary. You will be well-versed in the technical aspects of medicine supply while providing exceptional patient care. By guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and collaborating closely with the Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in expanding our online pharmacy services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will play a critical role in delivering the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily management of the dispensary.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Providing safe and effective pharmacy services.

  • Supplying medicines and devices to patients, whether on prescription or over the counter.

  • Working with patients to ensure the best possible care.

  • Assembling medicines for prescriptions.

  • Providing information to patients and other healthcare professionals.

  • Managing areas of medicine supply, such as dispensaries.

  • Supervising other pharmacy staff and participating in their training and development.

  • Answering customer queries face to face or by phone.

  • Referring complex problems or queries to the Pharmacist.

  • Involvement in manufacturing and aseptic dispensing, maintaining facilities for preparing sterile medicines.

  • Engaging in quality control, procurement, information technology, and clinical trials.

What You’ll Need to Have:
