Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Professional Photographer and Video Maker to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both photography and videography, with an eye for detail, storytelling, and an understanding of how to produce visually compelling content for various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
  • Capture high-resolution images for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, product shoots, events, and corporate branding.
  • Edit and retouch images to meet the project’s requirements and ensure they meet professional standards.
  • Maintain photography equipment and organise photoshoots at both indoor and outdoor locations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to align photography with branding guidelines.
• Videography:
  • Create, shoot, and edit videos for promotional, educational, and social media content.
  • Develop engaging video content from concept to final production, including interviews, corporate events, promotional videos, and product demos.
  • Ensure proper lighting, sound, and composition for high-quality video output.
  • Stay updated on video trends and new technologies to continuously improve video quality and creativity.
• Pre-Production and Post-Production:
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, including scouting locations, scheduling, and coordinating with clients or models.
  • Handle post-production tasks, including video editing, color grading, sound mixing, and special effects.
  • Organise and archive raw footage, images, and completed projects for future use.
• Creative Direction:
  • Conceptualise new ideas for photo and video content that aligns with the company’s overall brand strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in photography, videography, and visual media, incorporating fresh and innovative techniques into your work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a professional photographer and video maker (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in using photography and videography equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a creative team, with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and how to create content optimised for each.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, dynamic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
