Studio Manager / Practice Manager / Architectural Office Manager to join a leading architectural practice.

The Successful Studio Manager / Practice Manager / Architectural Office Manager will ideally have experience in all financial elements of business financial management, with a background in HR and operations management.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and salary reviews. Foster a supportive work environment and ensure consistent staff welfare practices.
  • Handle all financial processes, including budget management, cash flow, billing, invoicing, and reporting. Monitor budgets and provide financial updates to the Directors. Collaborate with accountants on quarterly and annual reports.
  • Lead office operations, overseeing day-to-day functions, internal audits for ISO 9001 compliance, and communication with the wider team on operational updates. Coordinate insurance renewals and manage documentation for new business needs.


Requirements:
  • Previous Experience Studio Manager, Practice Manager, Architectural Office Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Operations Director or similar would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years in a management role within a creative business.
  • Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in HR and studio operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with both internal and external partners.
  • Experience with CMAP and XERO software is preferred but not required.
  • Commutable to Camden
