Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for an Occupational Therapist who is looking to work weekends plus another day during the week. The aim of the team is to provide a robust service to crisis referrals from a front door service in Greenwich.

Contact and Assessment Team: Providing medical and nursing interventions, manual handling and mobility assessment, urgent social care packages and safeguarding responses for people over 18 years, who are registered with a GP in Greenwich and also live within this Borough. A significant aim of the Team is to ensure that people are supported within their own homes, avoiding the need to go to hospital.

Pay rate: up to 35.99 per hour (locum umbrella rate)

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Requirements:

HCPC Registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Post-qualified experience in Occupational Therapy

At least 2 years relevant experience

Experienced in undertaking manual handling assessments in people's homes

Moving and handling experience essential

Able to work weekends
