We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.
About the Maintenance Plumber
You will be working in a high end Commersial building based near charring cross, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve PPM taks, Pumps, Pipes, sinks and more.
Mon - Fri role 8-5pm.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Plumber
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Repair HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard
- Working on PPM'S FCU, Pumps, Pipes, Colling Towers and more.
- Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers.
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
Requirements for The Maintenance Plumber
- Level 2 Plumbing & Heating
- Or Level 3 Plumbing & Heating.
