Responsibilities:
Â
- Carry out routine and emergency plumbing maintenance tasks at luxury residential properties.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipework, heating systems, and water filtration units.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify and resolve plumbing issues, providing accurate estimates of time and materials required.
- Communicate effectively with the aftercare team and clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Keep detailed records of completed works and any required follow-up actions

Qualifications and Skills:
Â
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably Gas Safe Registered. (advantageous)
- Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Advanced English communication skills to engage professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work progress.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and system faults.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools related to plumbing systems.
- Clean UK Drivers Licence
