Job Title: Plumber

Location: London / Greater London

Salary: Highly Competitive Rate (DOE)

Standard Hours: 42.5h, from 7:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday

Employment: Permanent, full-time

Years of relevant experience: Minimum 3 years of strong industry experience

Our client EPPH is currently looking for a Plumber. They take pride in their work and seek out opportunities to do things better. Reporting to the MEP Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation and maintenance tasks that require your specialist services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working in live buildings within a commercial environment
  • Skilled in installation and maintenance tasks
  • Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
  • Strong diagnostic skills for detailed fault finding
  • Apply all codes of practice to installations, repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met in line with the appropriate codes of practice and environmental protection requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate relevant experience in commercial work
  • Full manual UK driving licence
  • CSCS / Skill card
  • City & Guilds NVQ level 3 or above in plumbing
  • Full set of hand tool is required, specialist tools will be supplied
  • Opportunity to obtain further qualifications with EPPH
