This remote based Compliance Analyst job provides opportunity to join a multi-award winning asset management firm. The vacancy is available due to the business rapidly expanding, whereby you will report directly into the Compliance Director and you will work closely with the CEO.

As Compliance Analyst, you will play in a critical part in the company’s adherence to their compliance policies and processes. The business have a broad range of MPS portfolios with track records going back nearly 20 years, plus flagship unitised funds with records of nearly 5 years.

Your duties will include:

  • Design and update internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist in the implementation of internal policies and procedures including the review of financial promotions
  • Monitor the activities and processes across key business functions (Multi-asset OEIC, Model Portfolio Service and white-labelled platform)
  • Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance program
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and assess risks and implement risk mitigation where appropriate
  • Contribute towards monthly, quarterly and annual internal reports

As this is a new role, there may be some adaptations to the above duties and support required on specific projects

Compliance Analyst Requirements

  • You must have minimum 5 years experience within asset management compliance
  • You ideally should hold CISI qualifications (similar industry qualifications considered)
  • You must be confident working independently and well within a team

Compliance Analyst Benefits

  • Salary of £60,000 - £70,000
