Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/WFH | £50 - 55,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will have an array of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Supporting with regulatory reporting.
- Assisting in drafting, implementing, and embedding policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls.
- Reviewing and managing sanction screenings.
- Handling sanction referrals.
- Preparing compliance and governance reports.
- Assisting with the compliance monitoring plan.
- Supporting with various projects including consumer duty.
- Horizon scanning.
- Conducting compliance training across the company.
- Serve as a Deputy Committee Secretary, where required, supporting the Committee Secretary in pack preparation, attending meetings and taking minutes.
Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years compliance experience.
- Must have experience of working of the insurance sector - within the London insurance market.
- Strong knowledge of compliance policies and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of the FCA guidelines as well as Lloyd's minimum standards.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at varying levels including senior stakeholders.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
