Compliance Analyst | Insurance Broker | London/WFH | £40 - 50,000 (doe)

Finitas are be delighted to be partnering with a growing insurance broker in their search for a newly created Compliance Analyst to join their team.

You will be working closely with the Compliance Manager, concentrating on Appointed Representatives and Introducers, ensuring that they comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices. Your role will be heavily focussed on due diligence, monitoring, and reporting.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years compliance experience.
  • Must have 2 years experience of working in the insurance industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of FCA rules on ARs/IARs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
