Excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager from Wealth Management to join this modern forward-thinking London based business offering a defined fast track career path to achieve Directorship. The aim is for the selected person to take on senior Management functions relating to Compliance Oversight and Money Laundering Reporting roles within a 12-month period with a financial reward process in place. The business has an excellent reputation focussing on a portfolio of HNW long term Clients and provides wealth management services to Private Clients and Businesses across protection, retirement, estate planning, employee benefits, savings and investments, and succession planning.

Opportunity Highlights

** Oversee regulatory requirements, identify, and manage business risks and the implementation of compliance 'best practice’.

** Attend senior management meetings taking responsibility for decision making, helping to shape and develop the culture of the company and support the company needs, vision and strategy

** Act as a Leader to be an advocate for great work always working to company SLAs.

** Maintain ongoing Professional Development to meet your personal development needs as well as supporting the personal development of the team

** Demonstrate the ability to manage both internal and external relationships

** Provide continuous improvement of compliance activities and processes to support the company’s needs, vision, and strategy, whilst ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards

** Adopt a risk-based approach to compliance monitoring.
