** Oversee regulatory requirements, identify, and manage business risks and the implementation of compliance 'best practice’.

** Attend senior management meetings taking responsibility for decision making, helping to shape and develop the culture of the company and support the company needs, vision and strategy

** Act as a Leader to be an advocate for great work always working to company SLAs.

** Maintain ongoing Professional Development to meet your personal development needs as well as supporting the personal development of the team

** Demonstrate the ability to manage both internal and external relationships

** Provide continuous improvement of compliance activities and processes to support the company’s needs, vision, and strategy, whilst ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards

** Adopt a risk-based approach to compliance monitoring.
