The Compliance Monitoring Officer will be responsible for delivering compliance tests, maintaining excellent record keeping, and engaging with business units to ensure positive compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver defined monitoring tests to assess the firm's compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
- Maintain meticulous records in alignment with the Compliance Monitoring plan
- Engage with business units pre and post-testing, verifying completion of actions
- Contribute to the evolution and design of testing sheets under managerial direction
- Support compliance reporting and regulatory notifications as required
Required knowledge and experience
- Experience in a compliance monitoring role within the financial services industry.
- Experience in delivering regulatory change within a firm.
- Experience in applying root cause analysis to findings in order to create effective actions.
- Relevant qualifications through industry body or educational institution.
- Proficient in English required.
- Fluent in either French and / or German
